Challenge
After talking to our users, we realized that the overcrowding of our PDPs, due to conflicting marketing and business needs, were taking the focus away from the product and it was hurting conversion.
Solution
The new layout allows users to view products in their best light to encourage conversion with a more streamlined template that can accommodate the variety of products of the brand (i.e. Handbags, shoes, clothing, accessories etc)

Added micro-interactions for clear feedback upon a successful add-to-bag action.

Reconsider hierarchy of elements such as pricing, size, color ways, customization options and loyalty program benefits.
