As the Experience Design team, we collaborate to unravel the best possible user journey considering the technical limitations and business needs for a seamless path for the user. While looking at ways to increase sign-ups to CRM and loyalty program (KORSVIP) databases, we uncovered disruptive issues with the existing enrollment flows. After the discovery period, we were able to come up with improved user journeys for a seamless sign-up experience.
